History

Mollenkopf Property Management was founded in 2009 by Greg and Christine Mollenkopf. After living in Colorado for the past 10 years and downtown Boulder for the past 4, they saw a need for a local property management firm dedicated to the unique needs of smaller homeowner associations and mixed-use properties. They decided to use their management and real estate expertise to provide exceptional service to local homeowner’s associations at a reasonable price. With their engineering and business backgrounds, they apply technology solutions that keep costs down for the benefit of their clients.

Greg Mollenkopf, Principal and Founder

For over 15 years, Greg has been creating solutions for his customers. At Mollenkopf Property Management, he is constantly monitoring local, state, and federal regulations to keep his clients up to date on the latest changes. He is also a dedicated professional, always looking to improve his knowledge on community associations. In addition to his education, Greg has real world experience that he brings to his clients. He serves on the Board of Directors for one of the major mixed-use Homeowner’s Associations and has experience personally managing residential property. Greg holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Colorado in Boulder and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Business from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Christine Mollenkopf, Principal and Co-Founder

Prior to founding Mollenkopf Property Management with her husband Greg, Christine held a number of management positions in the Telecommunications Industry and at Defense Contractors. She has significant experience managing complex projects on a tight budget. At Mollenkopf Property Management, she applies this experience to provide her clients with the appropriate solution combined with excellent customer service at an affordable price. In addition to her work at Mollenkopf Property Management, she is an Associate Broker and Realtor® at Estey Realty Group (www.EsteyRealtyGroup.com), where she applies her real estate and corporate management experience to provide her clients with a practical view of their real estate needs. She volunteers her time and property management expertise by serving as the President for a local sorority House Corporation. Christine holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Colorado in Boulder. She also holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
